Service Description
AITrace provides copyright protection services for AI-generated images, including: invisible DCT watermark embedding, SHA-256 hash fingerprinting, RFC 3161 trusted timestamps, Ethereum blockchain anchoring, certificate generation, and public verification. Services are provided as-is, and we strive to ensure availability and accuracy.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, contact us immediately. Do not register copyrights for others' works.
Intellectual Property
You retain intellectual property rights to content you upload. Using this service does not transfer your IP rights to us. AITrace's code, interface design, and branding are protected by copyright law. Evidence certificates and blockchain records generated by this service are intended to assist copyright protection but do not constitute legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
AITrace is not liable for: service unavailability due to network issues or third-party outages, blockchain anchoring delays due to network congestion, inability to extract watermarks after extreme image processing (heavy cropping or compression). Evidence provided by this service is for reference only and does not constitute legal advice.
